This question is a little bit difficult. I think the answer is newton. The 4 are measures, the name of each measure comes from the name of a famous scientist (Georg Ohm, Isaac Newton, Alessandro Volta and André Marie Ampère) but Newton is the one which not corresponds to electrical measure.
