- the jury attempted to contact the murder victim by using a Ouija board during their deliberations;
- a juror was related to the victim;
- a juror made a throat-cutting gesture towards the accused during the trial?
En 1994 au RU la condamnation d’un homme pour meurtre fut renversée en appel et les juges ordonnèrent un nouveau procès; pour quel motif:
- les jurés avaient tenter de contacter la victime du meurtre à l'aide d'une planche Ouija pendant les délibérés;
- un juré avait un lien de parenté avec la victime;
- un juré avait fait un signe d’égorgement en direction de l’accusé pendant le procès?
